For this weeks choice blog I think I may just ramble on about nothing as I usually do. Well Mr. Currin has been out these past 2 days and let me tell you, it has been so realizing. We need to have a snow day soon ! We only had one this year and that's not enough. I mean this winter really has not been terribly bad. But come on ! There really is not that much winter left and I believe we should use up all the days we can ! Come on now teachers, you know you would like it too, lol probably not as much as the students but yeahh. I wish the winter would never end, its just so fun and there is so much to do. But times when there’s no snow falling from the sky and its just cold for weeks on end. That’s where I draw the line and want summer to come quicker. Cause I really miss running, Sarah Cady and me went almost every other day and we have’nt gone in like a month because of this freekin cold. Ya know, this school is really cold ! Walking through the hallways is when your the coldest. But when you enter some classrooms you just want to break out the shorts again. Couse some teachers are doing that wett paper towel thing but not only when its cold, they do it all the time, all day. Therefore it gets to like 90 degrees in the room. But the halls are just freezing. so I usually have to wear my northface in the halls and sometimes take it off in the classrooms id there worm enough. 280 okay what else can i talk about ? Maybe Mrs. Scheafer ! lol she is the best teacher in the world. We even have a facebook group for our advisement. Just because she is sooo cool and we all have so much fun. we all write on it like every day and upload pictures. Its actually quite hilarious.

Superbowl Sunday !

This day usually consists of, people madly dashing through the household, food being made and slapped down on the table, screaming kids and men, women sitting at the kitchen table gossiping, beer being spilled all over, cats running about the house in confusion and then there is me. I usually get stuck running around for everyone. I'm either filling up bowls of things on the coffee table, cleaning up someones mess, grabbing someone another friggin’ beer or actually being able to sit down for about 5 minutes before someone asks me to do something again. We usually order a sheet pizza and 50 wings, and because of me we get a medium chicken finger pizza. Mostly because I'm the only one in the house that will eat it and ill know there will always be another piece without worrying about everyone getting it first. But as far as snacks go, we usually just do like chips and dip kinda things, ya know like pretzels and such. I really do not know what else to write about... That's what we eat, and that's usually what I am doing. So that's pretty much it. I mean uhh. Well we usually have about 7 or 8 of Amy and Daves friends over, and those who choose to drink excessively usually end up sleeping over that night. Which is actually a pretty hilarious sight in the morning when ya wake up and go to go downstairs and you come to see a floor of people and food spilled all over. Then at about 10 or 11 everyone finally decides to wake up and we all go out to breakfast. So okay that's really it, not I just need to make this up to 300 words. 298 okay now 301.

Social Networking

What an interesting topic, I don't think I could live without it. It has such a significant effect on people’s lives its ridiculous. It most definitely has its pros and cons but from my point of view it’s mostly pros. The social networking site Facebook actually connected me with my “brother” that I had never meet in my 14 years of life. It sounds sketchy but I have a 43 year old brother, and we meet through Facebook. Without this site I don't know if we ever would have even heard of each other. But that's another day’s story. It has defiantly become an everyday part of my life and I do not know if that will ever change. It is actually kind of like an addiction in my opinion. I actually find myself updating my Facebook status numerous times a day. (via iPhone). Along with updating my news feed and “commenting” and “liking” other people’s statuses. (via iPhone) It really helps vent when you have a lot of things on your mind and you can really get some good advice when you have a problem or two. But it does have its cons and many of them. None that apply to me, but that I see every day. For example, Amy (my “mom”) works in a medical office with about 25 people in her department and I know and am friends with about all of them on Facebook. And actually my girlfriend’s mom (Christine “Amy’s lifelong best friend”) is the manager of the whole department. Well some of these people have a big problem with leaving their phones off and put away. They are either texting or on Facebook, which sounds a lot like something kids would have a problem with. But no these are 25-40 year old women. Well in order to ensure no one is on Facebook Christine sometimes logs onto my Facebook as me and checks up on their pages to make sure there is not any activity going on. And this secret method she uses really gets a lot of people in trouble because as soon as she sees the activity, all she has to do is look at the time and can print the allegations out on a piece of paper and then follow with the correct punishment. This can actually jeopardize people’s jobs at times. But I conclude, Social Networking sites have their pros and cons that are particular to your own situation.

For this weeks blog of choice, I think I might just empty out the thoughts drifting around my head. I have been thinking about what I am going to spend my Christmas money on lately. I have 250.00 dollars to spend where ever I want, but the problems is I really do not know what ! I mean don't get me wrong, drop me off in a store and ill come out with a 5000.00 dollar wish list. but I want to spend this money wisely. I want to buy something I can use. Something I have wanted for a while and could never get. I was maybe just thinking clothes. Ya know, when most kids were little all they wanted for Christmas was toys and such. Never any clothes. But the average teenager now-a-days only wants clothes and nothing else. Weird how things change that much. Ya know what, I want to go on a trip around the world... Don't you think that would be awesome ?! To like be able to see the different culture and ways of living outside of small town Alden New York. If I had the money that would be the first thing I would do. I have always wondered how other people live. Because I always thought, well this is the way I live I guess this is how everyone else lives in the world. But getting older I have came to realize that is really incorrect. there are freaking children in Africa that don't go to school, don't eat everyday, don't have cellphones or any of the common necessities that we all take for granted. I just think it would be cool to explore the globe. hahaha cat pictures are so funny. I love them. okay bye.

2011

This year is going to be different from all the others. This year being the first in high school, I have decided I really need to start buckling down. Because I know these 4 years are going to go really fast and there is no time to screw up. I will admit last year I did not put forth my best effort at a lot of things but this is the year to make up for it. This year also holds the beginning for many new friendships. Moving from middle to high school exposes you to many new people. I have made numerous friends just being here for the first half of the year that I did not have last year. But for most I am really going to try my best to succeed in school. And that may be it, because I really have no need to organize. I am a pretty organized person as it is. Its just getting things done on time. I tend to procrastinate a lot. Which actually comes to my advantage at times, but other times it just puts me behind. Maybe I could actually work on my relationship too. My girlfriend and I have been dating for 7 months. I really don't know what there really is to work on... but ill try my best... OHH ! one major thing that I AM going to accomplish by the end of 2011 is learning how to do the complete Michael Jackson “Thriller” dance. I have wanted to learn it ever since June 25th 2009 when he tragically passed away. The dance is so complicated and is going to take a lot of motivation. Me and my best friend Sarah Cady both have this mission, we have tried a few YouTube videos and we have successfully found a prefect match to teach us the entire dance. It is about 8 or 9 videos an a series kind of deal. This way we can do it week by week and not be incredibly overloaded.

I am writing about why I believe the resent seating arrangement is absolutely ludacris. Why did you move me in the first place ? I have been doing my blogs and articles ! I mean I know I wasn’t doing too good but I did bring my grade up. So that makes no sense for me to get moved. Its not like Miranda And I sit and talk 24/7 we just occasionally fight on who gets what seat. We have a little problem with the seating. We both tend to like the seat closest to the wall. I really don’t know why. Maybe because the wall is right there and you are able to lean on it and slightly tilt your computer and sit very comfortably. We used to just do, who ever got there first and was sitting and loged in. But then we worked out a system on whoever gets to class first, and puts their mouse on the monitor. But she tends to cheat now and leave her class early just so she can put her mouse up there and have the seat. Well I didn’t like that. So now we are currently on a schedule, every other day we switch. But recently my seat got moved which voided it. But I’m sitting in the my original seat today and I do not believe Mr. Currin noticed. And really I think I am supposed to be sitting by the wall today MIRANDA ! You cheater ! So rember that, Monday AND Tuesday I get to sit in MY seat. No matter what. So there. Well that’s only in effect if Mr. Currin doesn’t move me and pinkey back to how he wanted it. I really hate sitting over there. It really smells funny and they listen to really weird music really loud.

Where are the cupcakes ?!

I think that’s the question we are all asking right about now.  So Kathleen, what are your doing with your life ? Why is it that you could not find the 45 minutes last night to make us those delicious pieces of art ? WHY KATHLEEN ! They are sooo good. Last time we had them was like 5 years ago. But I remember it just like it was yesterday. I really thought they were gross at first but as soon as I bit into then my life changed. They were officially the best cupcakes I EVER had in my entire life. How do you make them ? How Kathleen ? Do you just make normal cupcakes and then do some kind of magic with them and the pudding just appears ? Ya know what, I think it just has to be magic. Do the Lepercons help you with that ? I hear they like to bake. But you deff need to make then again like soon. Because I think in going through withdrawal. Or you could make then for me for Christmas ! do that ! Ill come into the WAC or you could even bring them to my house. Or we could have a secret meeting in the back of the Ames parting lot. Uhh. Maybe not. That would be kind of sketchy. I think bad people do bad things behind that complex. So maybe we shouldn’t do the deal behind there. Could you imagine the police coming and seeing that ! They would get all suspicious when it’s really just cupcakes. Hah. So just bring them in on whatever day we get bacl from break. And no one will get hurt. Like your cat. He will get the boot. You know where.
